To Make Your First Appointment:

If you have a family physician/ primary care provider, please call or meet with them and ask to be referred to our clinic. Some women may be referred as early as 8 weeks, while some family doctors/nurse practitioners will follow you until 20 weeks of pregnancy and then you will start seeing us. Either way, please request that they make a referral to us so that we can reserve time for your care.

If you do not have a family doctor/nurse practitioner, or wish to self-refer, you may choose one of the doctors under our “profiles” tab and look up their office number and refer yourself that way. If you are already pregnant, please arrange care as soon as possible. If you are unsure of your last menstrual cycle or have irregular cycles, this may require a dating ultrasound. The ultrasound is most accurate for dating earlier on in pregnancy.

Remember to book your next appointment after each prenatal visit. At each appointment you will need to provide a urine sample when you arrive.
